Does the registration cost anything? What do I have to consider?
Registration is 100% free. There are no monthly costs or something like that. Usernames that contain offensive, sexist or racist elements are not permitted. If there is evidence of attempted fraud, the account will be deleted without any claim to existing credit.
Can 2 accounts of the same IP address be registered?
It is not permitted that 2 accounts are registered with the same IP address. If 2 or more accounts log in via the same IP, all accounts are blocked immediately. Exceptions to this rule must be requested from support in advance.
Can I look for an advertiser or change my advertiser after registering?
Yes! After successful registration, every user is able to look for an advertiser if one does not already have one. You can enter the user ID of your advertiser here: bitcoin-games.net/referrals at the bottom. Of course, you can also send a support time to support (a) bitcoin-games.net to register the advertiser. Please do not forget your username or user ID. If the advertiser changes, the previous advertiser must agree and “approve” the relevant user (ref).
Can I change my username and email address?
The email address and username can be changed under "Profile".
Can I play in more than one window?
Yes, but we only guarantee a correct display of the games if you only play one slot.
What are Rallyes?
Rallyes either have a fixed end (according to time) or end when a certain number of active points has been reached. In dynamic rallies, the number of paid places can change in the course of the rally, we try to adapt them regularly - you can find more information about such dynamic rallies in the news.
What are Active Points (AP)?
You get one active point for every 100 credits you use. In rallies, a minimum number of AP must usually be achieved. AP are also required for active vouchers.
What are bonus credits (BC)?
You can use bonus credits to play games. There are bonus credits for various activities, e.g. vouchers and pensions are paid out in bonus credits.

Bonus exchange and safe
In the bonus exchange, you can exchange your normal credits for bonus credits and receive a small bonus in return. The safe is used to secure your credits. With the safe, you are free to enter a password or simply leave it blank.
Loyalty shop
In the loyalty shop, you can exchange your Loyalty ShopPoints (TSP) for bonus credits, bonus coupons or free spins.
What are global jackpots?
All slots count towards the global jackpots, which means that they can also be won on all slots. We have 3 global jackpots, the low jackpot can be won up to 10 K credits, the middle jackpot up to 100 K credits and the grand jackpot with stakes above 100 K credits.
